Color : Gold
Nose Distinguished, the nose is dominated by notes of dried and exotic fruits as well as slightly toasted oak. It evolves then on vanilla, spicy and slightly herbaceous notes.
Mouth : Dry without being astringent. It resumes the balance of the nose and evolves on a register more pastry cook: honey, grilled almond, hazelnut and brioche.
Final : Rather long, on the pepper and the oak.
